End User License Agreement

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "Software" refers to Kiddion's Mod Menu, including all files, documentation, and updates
• "You" or "User" refers to the individual or entity using the Software
• "We" or "Licensor" refers to the developers and distributors of the Software
• "Agreement" refers to this End User License Agreement

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2.1 Permitted Uses

• Install and use the Software on your personal computer systems
• Create backup copies for archival purposes
• Share the official download link (not the files themselves)

2.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Modify, adapt, alter, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for commercial purposes or financial gain
• Use the Software to create competing products

3. Risks and Acknowledgments

3.1 Game Account Risks

• Your Grand Theft Auto Online account may be suspended or permanently banned
• You may lose access to purchased content, virtual currency, and game progress
• Anti-cheat systems may detect and flag the Software at any time
• Game updates may increase detection risks or break compatibility

3.2 System Risks

• The Software may trigger antivirus warnings or system security alerts
• System instability or crashes may occur
• Compatibility issues with other software or hardware

3.3 Legal Risks

• Using the Software may violate the Terms of Service of Grand Theft Auto Online
• You assume full legal responsibility for your use of the Software
• Local laws and regulations may restrict or prohibit the use of such software

4. Disclaimers

4.1 No Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4.2 No Guarantee of Functionality

We do not warrant that the Software will:

• Meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Operate uninterrupted or error-free
• Remain compatible with game updates
• Remain undetected by anti-cheat systems
• Be free from viruses or other harmful components

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions in any online service
2. Loss of virtual currency, items, progress, or purchased content
3. System damage, data loss, or security breaches
4. Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
5. Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to stop using it.

6. User Obligations

As a user of the Software, you agree to:

• Use the Software responsibly and in accordance with this Agreement
• Not use the Software to harm, harass, or negatively impact other players
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service
• Accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use
• Not attempt to circumvent any licensing or security measures
• Keep the Software and this Agreement confidential from unauthorized parties

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. We may also update this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must:

• Immediately cease all use of the Software
• Delete all copies of the Software from your systems
• Destroy any backup copies in your possession

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may only be modified by a written document signed by both parties.
